Language & Culture Based-Education
AIFS addresses challenges in accessing language and culture-based education services for African immigrants and refugees in Nebraska. The Language & Culture Education Services Program aims to create culturally sensitive educational resources, establish specialized English language programs, and collaborate with local schools and universities. This comprehensive approach seeks to bridge educational gaps and provide equitable access to educational opportunities for the African immigrant community. Education resources include:
