CASE MANAGEMENT AND ADVOCACY​

EMERGENCY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE​

Emergency Financial Assistance provides temporary emergency financial assistance to eligible individuals and families. The program aims to help meet families' and individuals’ basic needs while simultaneously assisting them in attaining self-sufficiency through employment and personal responsibility.  Eligible individuals and families may receive a one-time financial disbursement based on guidelines and proof of documentation.

EMPLOYMENT SERVICES​

AIFS Employment Services program is a culturally and linguistically sensitive program designed to empower job seekers through employee referrals, one-on-one resume and interview preparation, job readiness coaching, and group employment. Community Support & Case Management:

AIFS provides culturally and linguistically sensitive services for community support and case management, fostering a sense of belonging among immigrants and refugees. The program aims to deliver tailored case management services, facilitate family self-sufficiency and individual employment plans, and provide low-income program support services. Regular workshops for cultural competency, individualized case management plans, and collaboration with local cultural organizations contribute to building a supportive and inclusive community
