Case Management & Family Support
AIFS provides culturally and linguistically sensitive community support and case management that helps immigrants and refugees build stability, self-sufficiency and a sense of belonging.

Our community support services
Case management and advocacy
We spend time with individuals and families to understand their social and economic needs — including housing, low-cost energy programs, Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) and the healthcare coverage many may be eligible for.

- Healthcare access assistance
- Translation and interpretation
Emergency financial assistance
Temporary emergency financial assistance helps eligible individuals and families meet basic needs while working toward self-sufficiency through employment and personal responsibility. Eligible families may receive a one-time disbursement based on program guidelines and proof of documentation.
Employment services
A culturally and linguistically sensitive program that empowers job seekers through employee referrals, one-on-one résumé and interview preparation, job readiness coaching and group employment support.

We also offer regular cultural competency workshops, individualized case management plans and collaboration with local cultural organizations to build a supportive, inclusive community.
